Warm Pilates
A slower-paced Pilates class that focuses on control, posture, and building deep core strength. You’ll move through traditional mat Pilates exercises with a focus on alignment and breath.
Props like rings, balls, and resistance bands are often used to help with form or increase the challenge – but they’re always optional. This class is great if you’re working on your technique, coming back after a break, or just want a more mindful, low-impact session that still gets the job done. Expect clear cueing, options throughout, and a solid burn in all the right spots.
