Welcome to SOL STRENGTH.


Sol Strength is a locally owned and developed, purpose-built yoga and movement studio designed for anyone who wants to feel strong, supported and uplifted. We’re not spiritual — we’re practical. Expect real movement, real sweat, and a range of classes to help you feel strong in your own skin.

Step into our low-lit, infrared mat room, where the heat works with your body to help you move deeper, recover faster and leave lighter. The space is deliberately open — no cram, no clutter — just room to move. You’ll have space to breathe, flow, and train with ease, surrounded by quality weights, props, and resistance tools.

We use true infrared heat, which warms your body directly, not just the air around you. This allows your muscles to activate more effectively, circulation to improve, and flexibility to increase. You’ll recover faster, breathe easier, and experience a cleaner, more comfortable sweat – no foggy humidity or stuffy air. Whether you’re on the mat for yoga, strength training, or Pilates, infrared heat helps your body move better and bounce back quicker than traditional heating ever could.

Our friendly, knowledgeable instructors offer clear, safe guidance across all classes. You will be given options to suit your level – whether you’re just starting out or building on an existing practice. Even though Yoga is at the heart of the space – there is no chanting, no spiritual spin and no pressure. Just intelligent feel-good movement in a space that makes sense.

Before class, feel free to relax in out welcoming and light filled waiting area, grab a herbal tea or sit and just enjoy the calm, clean and comfy space.

During class you are welcome to use the mats provided, bring your own mat or purchase a premium quality Sol Strength branded mat just for you.

After class, you’ll be handed a cold eucalyptus-scented towel, then you can refresh in our bright and airy bathrooms with pleasant showers, a get-ready/hair and make-up space, and a relaxed waiting area. There’s even a fully stocked drinks fridge to keep you going.

We also offer private sessions, quality monthly workshops and a recovery room to sooth tired muscles.

Sol Strength is premium, not pretentious. Calm, never boring. 

Strong but always safe. You don’t need to be flexible or even strong – simply open to moving, sweating it out and finding your strength.

Christine Catalogna

Cat is a qualified yoga, Pilates and fitness instructor, recreational run coach, and provisional sports nutritionist who’s passionate about helping people feel stronger, move better, and enjoy exercise as part of everyday life. She teaches a range of classes at Sol Strength, blending mindful movement with strength and mobility so members leave feeling better than when they walked in.

When she’s not on the mat, running or being with her kids, Cat is behind the scenes shaping the vision for Sol Strength. Her focus is on creating a welcoming space where people of all backgrounds and abilities feel supported, encouraged, and part of something bigger than just a workout.
Nick Jones

Nick Jones

Nick is a dad of two, a keen trail runner, and someone who’s happiest in the weights room. Strength training has been part of his life for years, and he’s seen how it can improve not just fitness, but energy, confidence, and the way you move every day. At Sol Strength, Nick designs our strength programs so they’re challenging, practical, and tailored for real results.

When he’s not training or running trails, Nick takes care of the behind-the-scenes work that keeps the studio running smoothly. From planning the next block of programming to sorting the details no one sees, his focus is on helping people feel stronger, more capable, and part of the Sol Strength community.
