Hot Strength
This is your no-nonsense, full-body strength session. Expect a mix of dumbbell exercises, bodyweight work, and functional movement patterns designed to build strength and tone. We work in sets and supersets to keep things moving – there’s structure, challenge and plenty of sweat. Reps are often taken to fatigue, but technique always comes first. No ego’s or pressure – just strong, smart training in a hot room.

Hot Power Pilates
Pilates turned all the way up. Expect a strong, steady burn with layers, pulses and minimal rest. You’ll be using a mix of weights, resistance bands and other classical Pilates props to push you - safely.

Hot Power Yoga
Strong, fast and fiery. This is a high intensity vinyasa based flow that builds strength and stamina. Expect minimal breaks, longer holds, dynamic flows and plenty of core work.
