Hot Sculpt
A strong, high-energy, Pilates-inspired class performed in the heat. Hot Sculpt blends controlled Pilates-style movements with strength and endurance work to challenge your whole body – especially your core, glutes and upper body.
You’ll use props such as weights, bands, rings, sliders, and balls to load movements, build stability and increase intensity. Options are always offered, but the effort stays strong. Expect minimal rest, plenty of sweat, lots of pulses and a serious burn – without losing focus on form.
