A strength and cardio session rolled into one. Warm HIIT blends resistance training and bodyweight intervals in a structured, fast-paced format that keeps your heart rate up and your muscles working.
You might move through timed stations, work in pairs or small groups, or rotate exercises in a circuit style — always with guidance, demos, and smart programming. Expect a full-body session that builds strength, improves endurance, and leaves you sweaty, focused, and feeling strong. Options are always provided so you can push hard or pace yourself.
