Sol Strength – Membership Terms and Studio Policies

1. Membership Options & Inclusions
Premium – $60 week (billed monthly at $258)
– Unlimited classes
– Bookings open 3 weeks in advance
– Quarterly nutrition plan plus wellness consult
– 15% off retail
– 25% off workshops
– 2 guest passes per month
– Free towel hire
– 1 late cancel/no-show waiver per month
– 1 x 30 minute recovery room session per month
Unlimited – $50 per week (billed monthly at $215)
– Unlimited classes
– Bookings open 2 weeks in advance
– Quarterly nutrition plan
– 15% off retail and workshops
– 1 guest pass per month
Lifestyle – $37 per week (billed monthly at $159)
– 2 classes per week
– 10% off retail and workshops
– Discounted rate for additional classes at $15 per class
Seniors / Community Class Pass Packs
– Seniors are eligible for a discounted rate of $15 per class (no membership or lock-in required) upon presentation of a valid NSW Seniors Card, another state or country equivalent, or at management’s discretion. Classes can be purchased individually or as part of a 5, 10, or 20-class pack.
– This discount applies to Cool Easy Movement classes only.
– For all other classes, a standard class pass, class pack, or membership is required. Seniors can still access these at a 10% discount on the listed price on the day of purchase (upon proof of eligibility).
– Individual class passes for Seniors expire 12 months from purchase.
– Class packs for Seniors expire 12 months from the first class attended.
Emergency Services and Ex-Emergency Services personnel receive:
– 10% off unlimited and premium memberships
– 5% off lifestyle memberships, class passes, and class packs
– Emergency Services refers to current or former sworn members of NSW Police, Fire and Rescue NSW, or NSW Ambulance (or interstate equivalents). Valid ID or documentation may be required.
Discounted and/or free individual class passes or class pass packs may be provided from time to time to members of the community or persons participating in a closed trauma informed yoga session. These class passes will only be eligible to be used for the specific event, community class or trauma informed class or program as advised.
2. Intro Offer & Casual Options
– Intro Offer – $99 – Includes 1 month of unlimited access and free towel hire. Intro Offer can only be deemed once per person.
– Casual Drop-In – $35 per class.
– Class Pass Packs – 5 classes for $160. Valid for 3 months.
– 10 classes for $290. Valid for 6 months.
– 20 classes for $520. Valid for 12 months.
– Recovery Room – $30 per 30 minute session.
Class Pass packs expiry start from the date of first class attended.
3. Contract Terms & Cancellation
All memberships are billed monthly via direct debit.
A minimum commitment of 1 month applies to all new memberships, including change of membership type.
After the initial 1 month period, memberships continue on a rolling monthly basis unless cancelled.
To cancel, members must provide 14 days’ written notice prior to their next billing date by emailing info@solstrength.com.au. All membership benefits and charges continue during the 14-day notice period. Partial refunds will not be issued for unused classes, services, or mid-cycle cancellations.
Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable (unless arranged with Management via email in extenuating/unusual circumstances).
Unused classes, nutrition plans, wellness consults, guest passes, late cancel/no-show waivers and recovery room sessions do not roll over into the next month/billing cycle and are not transferable to other persons.
4. Cooling-Off Period
Not available unless arranged through Management via email and only considered for extenuating circumstances.
5. Membership Holds / Suspensions
– Members may place their membership on hold / suspension for a minimum of 1 week and a maximum total of 4 weeks per calendar year. The time taken must be in full weekly increments.
– All standard hold / suspension requests must be submitted in writing at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle, by emailing: info@solstrength.com.au
– Extended holds / suspensions beyond the 4-week annual limit may be considered in the following situations:
– Injury or illness (with a valid medical certificate)
– Pregnancy (with a valid medical certificate)
– Exceptional personal circumstances – assessed on a case-by-case basis.
For extended holds / suspensions, a small admin fee or a reactivation process may apply. This will be discussed with the members prior to the hold / suspension taking place.
Members on an extended hold /suspension must resume their active membership within 6 months, unless otherwise agreed (pregnancy exceptions apply). Sol Strength reserves the right to terminate membership if there has been no contact or activity from the member for a period of 12 months.
6. Payments & Fees
– All memberships are billed monthly, via the nominated card on file.
– Failed payments will incur a $15 dishonour fee
– Pricing is subject to change, with a minimum of 30 days’ notice provided
– Towels are available for hire at a rate of $5 per session, which includes two towels. In the event towels are not returned, a replacement fee of $25 per towel will be charged to your account.
Late Cancellation / No-Show Policy:
A $10 fee applies for each late cancellation or no-show. A late cancellation is defined as:
– Cancelling less than 10 hours before a morning class (in the AM).
– Cancelling less than 4 hours before an afternoon or evening class (in the PM).
No-shows and late cancellations for class pass holders will result in that session being deducted from your pass.
Repeated no-shows may result in restricted booking access.
7. Bookings & Attendance
All bookings must be made via MindBody, the Sol Strength website or app.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class begins. Entry will not be permitted once the class has started, and your spot may be given to a waitlisted client.
Booking windows:
– Lifestyle Members, Class Pass Pack holders, and Casual Drop-Ins can book classes up to 1 week in advance.
– Unlimited members may book 2 weeks in advance.
– Premium members can book up to 3 weeks in advance.
Recovery Room sessions must be booked in advance via MindBody, the Sol Strength app or website. Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours prior to avoid forfeiting the session. The space is single-person use only. Please arrive on time and leave the space tidy after use.
Non-members may access the Recovery Room by booking at the casual rate of $30 per session.
Waitlist Process – If a class is full, you may join the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, you’ll be notified via email and/or app notification. You may be automatically added to the class or asked to confirm your spot. Please keep an eye on your notifications, and remember that once you’re added to a class, our standard cancellation and no-show policies apply.
8. Studio Conduct & Safety
Sol Strength is a safe, inclusive space for all. We do not tolerate discrimination, harassment, or unsafe behaviour of any kind.
All clients must conduct themselves respectfully and safely at all times. Sol Strength staff can direct any persons not conducting themselves in an appropriate way to leave the premises.
Inappropriate, disruptive, criminal or generally unsafe behaviour may result in suspension or cancellation of membership at the sole discretion of management.
All participants must be aged 16 or older, unless attending a designated Child Friendly class. Children aged 10 and over may be permitted to attend or be present in other classes with prior written approval from Sol Strength Management, provided the class is deemed suitable for their participation.
Any person under 16 must be in the constant and direct supervision of a parent or guardian at all times and in all enclosed areas of the premises.
Participation under 18 requires parental consent.
Participation in any heated classes by any person under 18 years of age requires consent from a medical practitioner.
9. Health Disclaimer & Waiver
Participation in all classes and use of all facilities is at your own risk.
It is your responsibility to notify instructors of any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations prior to class.
Pregnancy: For your safety, do not attend heated classes if you are pregnant or suspect you may be pregnant.
Medical Conditions: Heated classes are not recommended for individuals with medical conditions that may be aggravated by heat exposure.
Please ensure you have obtained medical clearance prior to attending any class at Sol Strength if you have, or suspect you have, a medical condition or injury that may be aggravated by physical activity or a heated environment.
If at any time you are feeling unwell, please notify the instructor prior to leaving the mat room.
Sol Strength accepts no liability for personal injury or loss unless required by law.
10. Merchandise & Nutrition Plans
Retail items are final sale unless faulty or required by law to be refunded or exchanged.
Quarterly nutrition plans are included for Unlimited and Premium members. These plans are general recommendations only and are not intended for individuals with medical conditions, eating disorders, or specialised dietary requirements.
If you have any pre-existing health concerns or conditions, please consult a qualified medical or allied health professional before making changes to your diet or training.
Other clients may purchase nutrition plans separately. Please contact info@solstrength.com.au for more information.
11. Privacy
Sol Strength collects, stores, and uses personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Your information is used solely for managing your membership, class bookings, and communication related to your participation with the studio.
By signing up, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as outlined.

12. Image Use & Media Consent
Sol Strength may occasionally capture photographs or video content within the studio, including during classes, events, and community gatherings. This content may be used for promotional purposes, including (but not limited to) our website, social media platforms, digital marketing, and printed materials.
By attending the studio, you acknowledge and consent to your image potentially being used in this way.
If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify the instructor or staff before your session so we can respect your preference.
All content remains the property of Sol Strength and may also be provided to our brand and marketing partner, for promotional use.
13. Refunds and Credits
All purchases are non-refundable except as required by Australian Consumer Law.
Credits or class transfers may be granted in extenuating circumstances at the discretion of Sol Strength management.
14. Promotions & Gift Vouchers
From time to time, Sol Strength may offer promotional rates or limited-time offers. These promotions are valid only during the specified period and may not be applied retroactively.
Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.
15. Liability for Personal Property
Sol Strength is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property. Please keep any valuables with you or do not bring them in to the premises.
16. General Terms
– These Terms & Conditions are subject to change with 14 days’ notice.
– Pricing may change at any time and for current pricing always refer to MindBody, the Sol Strength website or Management.
– All services and agreements are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
