The Space
Sol Strength is a locally owned and developed, purpose-built yoga and movement studio designed for anyone who wants to feel strong, supported and uplifted.
Step into our low-lit, infrared mat room, where the heat works with your body to help you move deeper, recover faster and leave lighter. The space is deliberately open — no cram, no clutter — just room to move. You’ll have space to breathe, flow, and train with ease, surrounded by quality weights, props, and resistance tools.
Before class, relax in our welcoming, light-filled waiting area, grab a herbal tea, or simply enjoy the calm, clean and comfy space.
After class, you’ll be handed a cold eucalyptus-scented towel, then refresh in our bright and airy bathrooms with pleasant showers, a get-ready/hair and make-up space, and a relaxed waiting area.
There’s even a fully stocked drinks fridge to keep you going.
The Heat
We use true infrared heat, which warms your body directly, not just the air around you.
This allows your muscles to activate more effectively, circulation to improve, and flexibility to increase. You’ll recover faster, breathe easier, and experience a cleaner, more comfortable sweat – no foggy humidity or stuffy air.
Whether you’re on the mat for yoga, strength training, or Pilates, infrared heat helps your body move better and bounce back quicker than traditional heating ever could.
Infrared penetrates the body directly, gently raising your core temperature from within — not just warming the air. This deep, targeted heat helps increase blood flow, reduce muscle stiffness, and improve tissue elasticity, making it easier to move freely and safely from the start.
You’ll experience a cleaner, drier sweat that supports detoxification, boosts oxygen delivery to muscles, and helps lower post-exercise inflammation.
The Experience
We’re not spiritual — we’re practical. Expect real movement, real sweat, and a full timetable of classes that range from differing intensities of yoga and Pilates to strength, recovery, and mobility. Even though yoga is at the heart of the space, there’s no chanting, no om’s, and no pressure.
Our friendly, knowledgeable instructors offer clear, safe guidance across all classes. You’ll be given options to suit your level — whether you’re just starting out or building on an existing practice. You don’t need to be flexible or even strong — just open to moving, sweating it out, and finding your strength.
Every session is supported by infrared heat to help your body move better, recover faster, and leave lighter. After class, cool down with a cold eucalyptus-scented towel and enjoy our clean, calm showers and get-ready space.
