Mums and Bubs (Dad's and carers welcome too)
These sessions are made for parents and carers who want to move — without needing to find a babysitter. Cool Child Friendly Movement offers a rotating mix of Yoga, Pilates, and Strength-based classes where kids are welcome to tag along.
Expect a supportive, go-with-the-flow environment where we meet you where you’re at. Some days it’s a solid workout. Other days it’s more about just getting there and doing something. And that’s completely fine.
Instructors will guide a structured class with flexible options, knowing there may be interruptions, noise, or the occasional cuddle break. Even if you’re kid-free that day (or don’t have children yourself) but enjoy the energy or timing of this session, you’re absolutely welcome – just come knowing there may be a bit of background noise, movement and cute interruptions!
Whether you’re returning to movement postnatally, juggling a toddler, or just need a place to move with your little one close by — this class is about showing up, moving your body and being kind to yourself.

Movement
A slower, supportive class designed for older adults, persons with limited mobility, or anyone easing back in. Moves between strength, yoga, and Pilates-style exercises — all with plenty of options and no pressure to get up and down off the floor.
